Account Registration & Verification

3.1 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any activity carried out using your account will be considered your own activity.

3.2 — Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, j177 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings earned.

3.3 — Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. j177 may also suspend or close an account without prior notice if any rule violation, evidence of fraud, or suspicious activity is found.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on j177 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

  • bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
  • Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

4.1 — Minimum Limits

  • Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (all methods)
  • Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800
  • Withdrawal Processing Time: 10 to 45 minutes

4.2 — Withdrawal Verification

j177 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method registered on your account.

4.3 — Fraud Prevention

If j177 believes that any deposit or withdrawal is fraudulent, illegal, or related to money laundering, the platform reserves the right to hold or cancel the relevant transaction.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

j177 offers various types of bonuses and promotional benefits. To receive these benefits, the following terms must be followed:

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000 applies. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
  • Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳37,000

5.2 — Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the total of deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 — Bonus Abuse

If j177 believes that a user is abusing the bonus system — such as through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or fraudulent strategies — j177 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonuses and winnings and close the account.

5.4 — VIP Program

j177's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. To move to a higher tier, you need to stay active and play more regularly.

User Code of Conduct

Users must observe the following prohibitions while operating on the j177 platform:

  • Fraudulent software, bots, scripts, or automated methods may not be used.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account is not permitted.
  • Interfering with the platform's systems, software, or network in any way is not permitted.
  • Attempting to manipulate game results is strictly prohibited.
  • Misconduct, threats, or harassment toward other users is not permitted.
  • Using the platform for any illegal activity or money laundering is not permitted.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

Gaming & Betting Rules

7.1 — Game Results

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The result received from the game provider's server is considered final.

7.2 — Live Sports Betting

In sports betting, the bet amount and outcome depend on the official result of the relevant match. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the original bet amount will be refunded.

7.3 — Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises over any game or betting result, the user must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 72 hours. The j177 customer support team will review the matter and communicate a decision, which will be considered final.

In any of the situations mentioned above, j177's liability will in no case extend beyond the amount deposited by the user in that specific transaction.
